The reason why I feel compelled to say this is because I really believe that people deserve as much customer service from the company as they would want and are worthy of from other major businesses. Perhaps the only reason that I’d ever recommend an organization like Factor Vape over others is should they offer something that is exclusive. They do offer a grown-up vaporizer that is made from an 18-karat gold plated body. On the other hand, I cannot find any testimonials on the product yet, so I am unable to comment on its performance by yet. If I were to get that it performed well, then I would highly appreciate the theory, but right now I am not impressed.

Probably one of the worst reasons for having Element Vape is they charge extra for shipment on almost all their products. Upon delivery to my residence, I was told that I’d need to return it and get a refund or replacement to be able to receive this free shipment, which of course I did not do because I had been expecting free shipping. Personally i think that they should increase their shipping charges, since they clearly lack customer service and their prices are too high. Also, upon delivery, we are unable to ship any of our other items, such as juice, candles, or any other types of liquids, with their locations due to state laws and regulations.

Something else that is extremely annoying may be the fact that upon checkout, we are required to enter our charge card information again, even if we have completed the procedure of ordering from them via our Google drive. I really believe that their method requires us to sign up for a monthly subscription in order to be able to purchase anything from their website, whereas if we had gone through our Google drive account we would have been able to sign up anytime and purchase anything we wanted. In any event, it’s annoying and extremely frustrating.

Overall, I have to say that I’m amazed with the overall quality of the Aspect Vape. Both packages that I bought were quality made and delivered quickly. I’d definitely recommend these guys if you are looking for an electronic cigarette which has exactly the same taste and vapor creation as a traditional cigarette.
